Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Assist in resolving customer issues, complaints, and compensation claims promptly
• Provide accurate and timely updates on shipment or service status
• Arrange shipment pickups and handle service exceptions efficiently
• Work closely with operations and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when dealing with customers
• Support continuous improvement by adopting new processes and procedures
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Experience in live chat support is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of related customer service experience preferred
• Diploma or higher qualification is an added advantage
