Are you a people person with a passion for customer care, communication, and marketing? Sehat Hair is looking for an organized, enthusiastic individual to be the welcoming face and operational spark of our organic salon in TTDI!
π WHAT YOUβLL DO:
π¬ Client Care & Service: Warmly welcome clients, explain treatment services, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
π Salon Coordination: Manage appointment bookings, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth daily front-of-house operations.
π£ Marketing Support: Assist in executing fun, creative salon marketing activities and social media promotions to help grow our brand.
π WHAT WEβRE LOOKING FOR:
π£οΈ Languages: Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of any additional spoken languages is an added advantage!).
π€ Experience: Background in customer service or a customer-care-related field (1+ years preferred).
π‘ Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and marketing skills with an eye for detail.
β¨ Proactive, well-groomed, and great at multi-tasking.

β° Flexible Work Schedule Options:
Option 1: 10:00 AM β 8:00 PM (5-Day Work Week | 2 Days Off)
Option 2: 10:00 AM β 6:00 PM (6-Day Work Week | 1 Day Off)
