Job Description

Contact customers via telephone to follow up on outstanding payments.
Negotiate suitable payment arrangements with customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure agreed payment commitments are fulfilled.
Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance regarding outstanding accounts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements and collection status.
Prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
