Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Manage employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and confirmation letters
Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HR administrative matters
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Assist in employee relations and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
Coordinate staff onboarding and training activities
Prepare monthly HR reports
Support management in HR-related tasks and company activities
