Accounts Assistant ( Temporary )
RM 1 650 - 2 500 per month
• Prepares invoices to customers and maintaining proper record and reports sales
• Maintaining Creditors data entry, prepare payments to creditors as well as maintaining proper recording of each transaction for all account.
• Responsible for accounts transactions (JV) and ensuring proper filing.
• Maintain and update necessary record such as reports, cash flow, invoices and database.
• Perform bank and creditors reconciliation
• Follow up on collections from client
• Maintaining cash flow reports
• Prepare bank account deposit documents and confirm deposit total. Make bank account deposit
• Assist in other administrative task as an when needed
