HOW TO MAKE GINGER TEA:
Boil a glass of water/milk and add half a teaspoon of ginger powder. After a few minutes, sieve it and add jaggery for taste. The ginger powder can also be added to your curries and cooking.
HOW TO MAKE GINGER LEMONADE:
Bring lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder & a cup of water to a boil. Strain, add jaggery/honey & allow it to cool.
Store in a glass jar. To serve, add some ice cubes & a sprinkle of salt.
USAGE TIPS:
Add quarter teaspoon of ginger powder to curries, rice dishes, soups to add a zesty taste to the dishes.
