RECIPE FOR TURMERIC TEA:
Boil a pot of water with half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and some grated ginger. Boil for a few minutes. Sieve it and add some lime juice and jaggery for taste. Now, your turmeric tea is ready! TURMERIC TEA IS A booster drink to be taken IN THE MORNING, before breakfast.
RECIPE FOR TURMERIC LATTE:
Heat one cup of milk in a pan. Add a quarter teaspoon of Lakadong turmeric & a pinch of cinnamon powder. Stir & allow it boil for about 10 minutes. Add honey or jaggery as natural sweetener.
USAGE TIPS:
Mix into your favorite dishes, blend into warm milk for golden turmeric latte, or add to smoothies for a health kick.
