Sales Advisor

**Position: Car Sales Advisor**

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, provide professional product knowledge, and achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Welcome and assist walk-in customers and online enquiries professionally.
* Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
* Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
* Explain vehicle features, specifications, promotions, and after-sales services.
* Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and related documentation accurately.
* Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and administrative departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.
* Ensure timely vehicle delivery and provide customers with a complete vehicle handover.
* Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system.
* Participate in sales events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
* Stay updated on new vehicle models, competitor products, and market trends.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

**Requirements**

* Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-oriented with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
* Possess a valid driving licence.
* Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
* Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).
* Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
