We are hiring a team for our new / upcoming waterproofing membrane / chemical plant in Pasir Gudang, Johor. Commencement Date – Around January 2025. We are looking candidates for Region. Main offices –Shah Alam, Selangor & Pasir Gudang, Johor KEY REQUIREMENTS: • Experienced in Construction / construction chemicals industry, Waterproofing works, Adhesives (and Sports flooring, HVAC thermal insulation coatings & systems, if possible) • Having excellent relations with leading Clients / Consultants / Architects / Civil Eng Contractors / Sub-contractors / Applicators / Other Manufacturers is an advantage • Excellent communication & presentation skills; eager to learn, committed, self-motivated, responsible; and a go-getter • Excellent Command of English and Malay, Fluent in Mandarin / Tamil is an advantage • Ideally candidates from Chemical / Civil Engineering / Construction / Marketing field • Diploma / Degree & above in subject discipline, but preferable if candidates have hands-on experience in waterproofing & construction chemicals industry. • Fresh graduates with Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering background welcome. • Possess own transport and willing to travel even in odd hours if needed (e.g. Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak) • Full time position – Female/Male can apply. • Email your resume to qualibitvacancy@gmail.com JOB SCOPE: • Manage the sales and services the assigned regions or countries as and when required by the Company. • Carry out marketing & sales of company's products by meeting civil engineers, contractors and consultants to promote our range of Waterproofing & Construction Chemical Products, Adhesives, HVAC thermal insulation systems and Sports Flooring Systems. • Manage and build relationship with customers • Responsible for market development and new customer development in the region. • Cooperate with logistics to do delivery and after-sales service. • Involve in sourcing for new customers, new applicators, new contractors • Able to reach/exceed monthly sales targets • Involve in writing product technical specifications along with Management’s Representative. • Conduct market research according to the needs of the company. • Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
