Site Supervisor (Fresh/Entry Level)

No experience required, we’ll guide and train you!
-Coordinate and oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution
-Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out according to schedule
-Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site to ensure proper implementation
-Assist in planning and organizing site work, manpower, and material arrangements
-Ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
-Identify and report any site issues, delays, or discrepancies to the project team
-Follow up closely on work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
-Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status
-Assist in site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements
-Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper usage on-site
-Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth communication and workflow
-Maintain proper site records, reports, and documentation
-This position involves travelling/outstation work and requires your own transport.
