Description: We are a property agent based in KL and are looking for applicants who can be inhouse telemarketers and sales support.
Requirements: Fluency in English and Malay (both spoken and written). Good communication skills in talking to people. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel) required.

Willing to listen and learn from constructive feedback and follow instructions. Adaptable and flexible to situations, clarify any doubts immediately to prevent misunderstandings.
Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients using lead lists provided by the Manager, introducing our services and creating initial engagement.
Prospect Outreach: Contact potential clients via cold call, messages and emails, providing clear information about property offerings and market opportunities.
Follow-Up & Record Management: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and clients, track all communications and appointments, and maintain accurate records in the database system.
Good Performance will be rewarded accordingly. Incentives will be given.
