The 8111 is as tough as the iron miners that wore them. Classic 6" styling with double layer leather, toe cap, leather heel pocket and a Nitrile cork sole create this unique look. Featuring premium Amber Harness leather, chrome hardware, speed hooks, Goodyear welt construction and triple stitched quality.
The Iron Ranger style is inspired on old miner's boots. Specific features are the double leather layer toecap with a two-double stitch, that provided for extra strength and safety, and the extra heel protection with better support. Even though the Iron Ranger model has a rugged appeal, it is surprisingly easy to break in. The unique wear-resistant Nitrile Cork outsole is flexible and oil resistant. The oil-tanned Amber Harness leather of the 8111 is versatile and easy to maintain.
Product Care
-Clean: always clean excess dirt from footwear to prevent wear and drying. For general cleaning, use warm water, a clean cloth and a soft bristle brush
-For more difficult areas, use Red Wing Shoes Leather Cleaner with a clean cloth and brush. Remove cleaner with damp cloth and allow to dry.
-Condition: Use Red Wing's All Natural Boot Oil. Apply this with your fingers or sponge.
-Protect: Red Wing Shoes Leather Protector provides an invisible shield from water, dirt, oil and mud.
