Job Description
- Handle daily administrative and accounting tasks efficiently.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, purchase orders, and official documents.
- Manage company filing systems and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and data entry.
- Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement processes.
- Perform bank reconciliation and update financial transactions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support HR or management with general administrative duties when required.
