3. Compliance & Auditing : Enforce internal controls and ensure strict adherence to accounting standards (e.g.; GAAP or IFRS) and local tac regulations.
4. Reporting : Generate management reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to senior leadership.
5. Cash Flow Management : Monitor liquidity, manage investments and handle banking relationships to guarantee the company meets its financial obligations.
