Position: Homestay Operator cum Maintenance Technician
Location: Klang Valley

We're expanding and looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join us as a Homestay Operator cum Maintenance Technician! If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys problem-solving, and doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty — we want you!

🛠️ Job Scope:
As a Homestay Operator cum Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating cleaning and room turnover for homestays

Inspecting units before guest arrival to ensure everything is in working order

Handling minor repair works (e.g. plumbing, electrical, furniture)

Troubleshooting and responding to maintenance issues promptly

Transporting items between units when needed

Assisting with general operations and support duties as required

🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
9:15 AM – 5:45 PM

🚗 Requirements:
Must have own transport (at least a motorcycle)
Physically fit and hands-on
Basic handyman or maintenance skills
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
Able to communicate in basic English and/or Bahasa Malaysia

💰 Salary & Benefits:
Salary: RM2,400 – RM3,000 (based on experience and performance)
EPF & SOCSO included

Travel allowance for work-related transport use
