Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor and supervise a team of mix skilled technicians.
2. Plan and oversee operation projects involving shore and marine activities at Oil & Gas Terminals/Ports.
3. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant standards.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional team members including electrical, mechanical, and marine technicians to achieve project goals.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
6. Develop and enforce good working standards, best practices, and safety protocols.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operational systems in all phases of projects/tasks.
8. Manage the scheduling and allocation of resources to ensure project milestones are met.
9. Provide technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
Knowledge/Skill Base:
1. Strong knowledge of diesel engine system, mechanical design, systems engineering, and electrical related functions.
2. Proficient with utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, etc).
3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse team.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance in safe, good and best practices in working.
7. Willingness to travel as needed.
