Service Crew main roles:
a) Responsible to greet customers, take orders and serve food to customers while ensuring great customer service level at all times.
b) Process cash and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems.
c) Ensuring work areas, such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized.
d) To stock work and customer areas with needed supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning supplies, and notify management when inventory levels begin to run low.
e) Other task as and when required by the Supervisor
Kitchen Crew main roles:
a) Assisting with the preparation and serving of all meals and beverages to customers, ensuring great customer service at all times.
b) Assisting in the effective management of stock and portion control.
c) To receive, stack, and properly store food in kitchens, cold storage, and storerooms and transfer food and supplies to the kitchen as needed.
d) Ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy, assisting with waste removal and washing up.
e) Other task as and when required by the Supervisor
