Service EngineerRM 2 000 - 2 500 per month
Duties and Job Functions
a) To manage Technical Service section activities such as scheduling, delivery, reporting, claims and collection.
b) To manage expectations and conflict resolution among Service clients, vendors, associates, operation staff and all other stakeholders.
c) To manage preparation of tender for Service, RFQ/RFP and ensure submission is in orderly manner.
d) To monitor, track and manage vendor delivery by ensuring all statement of work is delivered as per contract and agreement.
e) To provide assistance and guidance on logistical matters of service works.
f) To escalate potential risks arising from Service Department together with proposed mitigation plans and/or recommendations.
g) To ensure all documentations are completed and comprehensive.
h) To manage overall technical matters arising from service works.
i) To handle any other duties as and when assigned by the Department Head and Directors of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
a) Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field, preferable in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
b) Minimum to have 3 years in project management experiences, with knowledgeable experience in Construction industry.
c) Moderate user of AutoCAD applications.
d) Highly motivated, with strong interpersonal skills, in dealing with customers, contractors and manufacturers both local and foreign.
e) Mindset to take lead and enjoy innovation and do whatever it takes to deliver on mandate
f) Relevant working knowledge in Construction business, product and services ranges.
g) Proficiency of English & BM; spoken / written, with good computer literacy.

a) Meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills and well verse in computer literacy.
b) Self motivated, goal driven, and has a great learning attitude.
c) People-oriented.
