Recovery Officer (Collector)

REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience in Credit Recovery / Collector (Minimum 2 years experience in debt collection industry)
2. Strong communication & Negotiation Skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance target

5. Able to start work IMMEDIATELY


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform outbound call to notify customers of delinquent account regarding outsatanding and overdue payment
2. Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts
3. Explain and clarify with customers on non payment issues
4. Follow up calls with customers
5. Negotiate with customers to make workable repayment arrangement
