Carry out basic surveying and measurement works at project sites. Operate Dumpy Level / Auto Level, Total Station and other optical surveying instruments. Establish and transfer levels, benchmarks and reference points. Understand basic Easting, Northing, Elevation (RL) and coordinate systems. Basic understanding and usage of GPS/GNSS and site coordinates. Carry out displacement and settlement monitoring using surveying instruments. Assist in installation and monitoring of geotechnical instruments. Carry out field testing such as: Field Density Test (FDT) Plate Load / Plate Bearing Test CBR Test Mackintosh Probe / Dynamic Probing Other soil and geotechnical field tests Record field measurements accurately and maintain proper field records. Mempunyai pengalaman dalam kerja penyelenggaraan atau sebagai Technician Handyman adalah satu kelebihan. Mempunyai pengetahuan asas dalam kerja elektrik, paip dan pertukangan. Sihat tubuh badan serta mampu melakukan kerja-kerja fizikal. Mempunyai lesen memandu yang sah (kelas B2/D/GDL) adalah satu kelebihan. Boleh mula bekerja dengan segera. Notes: Kerja-kerja pemasangan utama, pengubahsuaian dan kerja-kerja khusus akan dilaksanakan oleh kontraktor yang dilantik. Technician bertanggungjawab terutamanya terhadap kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan rutin, pemeriksaan, pembaikan kecil serta penyelarasan dengan kontraktor apabila diperlukan.

Technician Responsibilities: • Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment for automatic sliding door system. • Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals. • Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations. • Writing up reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans. • Sourcing replacement parts. • Repairing or replacing faulty equipment. • Fabricating any components required. • Keeping abreast of advancements in your field and attending workshops as required.
