Technician

Job Scope:-

• Carry out inspection on all the common area facilities and lighting on a periodic basis;
• Attend to owner’s/tenant’s complaint regarding maintenance issues;
• Assist building executive in the operation and maintenance of the M&E equipments;
• Liase with appointed contractors for repair and maintenance works.
• To complete new installations of M&E equipment as efficiently as possible to minimize disruption of service;
• Ensure all M&E tools and equipment is in order and kept in a safe place.
