INGREDIENTS: SAGO, RICE, PEAS, BANANA, MOTH BEANS, MOONG BEANS, CABBAGE
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Gluten Free Atta can be used to make chapati, paratha, puri etc. Excellent replacement of Wheat flour, Maida
2. Add water and oil to 100gms atta as per the instructions on the packet.
3. Knead the dough and then roll dough balls into a flat round bread and heat it on the pan.
4. Serve hot with curry or cooked vegetables
NOTE: You can add any vegatables of your choice eg potato, cabbage, onion, garlic, chilies, ginger and spices of your choice.
