Jawatan: Driver / Co-Installer Kabinet ✅ Syarat Kelayakan: • Lelaki berumur 20 – 45 tahun • WAJIB mempunyai Lesen D & GDL yang sah • Boleh memandu lori syarikat • Rajin dan konsisten datang bekerja • Menepati masa dan berdisiplin • Boleh mengikut arahan ketua/team leader • Boleh bekerja dalam pasukan • Sanggup membantu kerja pemasangan kabinet di rumah pelanggan • Bertanggungjawab menjaga kenderaan, peralatan dan barang syarikat 🛠️ Skop Kerja: • Memandu lori membawa kabinet ke rumah pelanggan • Membantu installer mengangkat dan memasang kabinet • Memastikan barang sampai dalam keadaan baik • Membantu memastikan tapak pemasangan bersih dan kemas selepas kerja siap 📍 Lokasi Kerja: Semenyih / Lembah Klang Kami mencari calon yang betul-betul mahu bekerja, rajin dan boleh memberi komitmen jangka panjang.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Key Responsibilities 1. Data Entry & Record Management * Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily records and databases using SQL and Microsoft Excel. * Ensure all data and records are accurate, complete, and properly organized. * Maintain proper filing and documentation of office records. 2. Reporting & Excel * Prepare monthly reports on total export sales. * Create, format, and maintain basic to intermediate Excel spreadsheets. * Use Excel functions such as (SUM, AVERAGE), and other relevant formulas. * Ensure reports and records are updated accurately and submitted on time. 3. Shipping & Documentation * Follow up with vendors regarding shipment details, material lists, and delivery status. * Handle and resolve shipping-related issues, including documentation discrepancies, with immediate and appropriate action. * Maintain proper records of shipment and export-related documents. 4. General Clerical & Administrative Support * Handle daily office administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, printing, photocopying, and document preparation. * Provide general administrative support to the department. * Ensure compliance with company regulations, procedures, and ISO requirements. * Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications & Requirements * Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially SQL & Microsoft Excel. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Able to handle documentation accurately and meet deadlines. * Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn. * Good attendance and punctuality. * Able to work independently as well as in a team. * Able to handle urgent matters and resolve issues promptly. Class E Driving Licence: Covers heavy rigid trucks and commercial lorries. GDL Vocational Licence: Required specifically for carrying commercial cargo and goods. Minimum Age: At least 21 years old for heavy commercial vehicle GDL applications. Clean Driving Record: No major outstanding traffic summonses or suspension history. Route Knowledge: Familiarity with local roads, major interstate highways, and GPS navigation apps. Physical Stamina: Ability to handle long hours on the road and occasionally assist with manual loading or unloading of cargo. Basic Maintenance: Capability to perform pre- and post-trip safety checks (tires, brakes, oil levels) and report faults. Drive Safely: Operate company lorries and commercial vehicles following traffic laws. Handle Cargo: Load, unload, and secure goods properly to prevent any damage during transit. Inspect Vehicles: Perform routine checks on tires, fluid levels, and mechanics, reporting any defects immediately. Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of commercial driving or logistics experience.
