- To receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, equipment, and spare parts against Delivery Orders (DO) and Purchase Orders (PO) - To ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials in the store - To issue materials to project sites or departments based on approved requisition - To maintain accurate stock records, stock cards, and inventory system - To monitor stock levels and report low stock or shortages to Purchasing Department - To conduct periodic stock take and ensure inventory accuracy - To ensure proper handling and storage to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration - To coordinate with project team for material delivery and site requirements - To deliver and colect materials, equipment, or documents to/from project sites, supplier, or clients - To ensure al deliveries are completed on time and in good condition - To assist in loading and unloading of goods - To ensure proper documentation for deliveries (DO, acknowledgement, etc.) - To maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle - To maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area - To record and report any damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials
