Our young company with young teams is growing and we are looking for an additional team member to support increasing customer demand. Our current team member is overwhelmed, so we are putting out this SOS.
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and occasional walk-ins
Assist customers with questions on air conditioning servicing, installation, repairs and pricing
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues
Appointment and Scheduling
Schedule and coordinate service appointments
Follow up and confirm appointments with customers
Service Coordination
Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure smooth operations
Prepare job orders and service requests
Arrange permits with customers when required
Maintain basic office organization
Sales Support
Explain service packages and promotions
Assist with quotations
Support orders for air conditioning units and related products
Skills
Good communication and customer handling
Strong coordination and scheduling ability
Problem solving mindset
Basic computer skills including Excel and messaging tools
Languages
English and Bahasa Malaysia required
Mandarin is an advantage
