Account Assistant / Audit Assistant

We, WINQ TAX SDN. BHD., are an established accounting firm with over 15 years in the industry. With more than 70 clients, we specialize in managing accounts, audits, and taxes. We are looking for passionate individuals with a strong interest in accounting and finance to join our team.

_____ACCOUNT ASSISTANT_____
* Receiving/Requesting documents from clients
* Record keeping and maintain all the current records of all financial activities
* Key in all the documents information to accounting software - Data entry
* Perform bank reconciliation with minimal mistakes
* Perform administrative tasks as emailing, printing documents and etc.
* Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

_____AUDIT ASSISTANT_____
* To prepare audit working papers, audited financial statements, and audited reports and ensure that they are completed on a timely basis
* To prepare basic tax computation and related worksheets.
* To liaise with clients & other parties with audit issues
* To carry out other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.

_____REQUIREMENTS_____
* Diploma OR Degree
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounts/audit field.
* Proficiency in any accounting software
* MUST KNOW the accounting terms and functions such as invoices, sales, expenses, petty cash, payment vouchers, official receipts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank statements, bank reconciliation, salaries/EPF, creditors, debtors, etc.
* Must be good in handling yourself and follow deadlines.
* Need to work extra hours (overtime) during peak periods.
* Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Good typing speed with minimal errors.
* Preferably based in Kajang or Selangor.
