You will provide professional product knowledge, understand customer needs, arrange test drives, and guide customers throughout their car-buying journey. Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage customers professionally at the showroom. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles. Provide accurate and detailed information on vehicle specifications, features, pricing and promotions. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives. Follow up with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media enquiries. Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses. Manage leads and maintain regular follow-up to maximise sales opportunities. Assist customers with the purchasing, financing and documentation process. Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service. Keep showroom vehicles clean, presentable and properly displayed.
