Job Description: • To assist in the overall purchasing and shipping functions of the Company to ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of the purchasing and shipping division. • Prepare documentation, including Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, Invoices, and any other required documents for purchasing & logistics operations. • Create Purchase Orders to suppliers for new orders and track delivery progress. • Liaise with clients regarding delivery to sites and order progress. • Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and couriers to arrange pick-up, delivery, and customs clearance to ensure smooth logistics operations. • Process orders from online platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. • To monitor & support receiving and packaging process. • Follow all instructions from management concerning purchasing & logistics operations. • Ensure that the workplace remains neat and organized. Job Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 year of working experience in import, trading, or shipping is a plus. • Good knowledge of purchasing and shipping procedures, documentation, and customs regulations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc). • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and handle purchasing and shipment issues effectively. • Positive working attitude with a high level of initiative. • Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams. * Attractive starting salary RM2,000 - RM3,000 depending on qualifications and experience. * EPF and SOCSO provided * Annual leaves, Sick Leaves and Public Holidays as per regulated by government.
