Assist QA exec in daily job Able to start immediately Concentrate more on documentations Assist QA Exec to monitor and ensure compliance with established quality procedures, work instructions and specifications. Work closely with Production, QC, Sales, R&D and other departments to ensure product quality requirements are consistently achieved. Monitor production quality performance and identify opportunities for quality improvement and process optimization. Assist QA exec to handle and investigate customer complaints, including root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action. Prepare and maintain quality reports, records, procedures, work instructions and other QMS documentation. Coordinate and support customer audits, ISO audits and other external audits. Coordinate inspection, testing and verification of measuring and monitoring equipment, including calibration/verification activities. Assist in reviewing and updating quality procedures, forms, specifications and quality standards. Perform other quality-related duties and improvement projects assigned by management.
