Assist sales personnel in preparing quotations, contracts, letters, client lists, etc. Liaise with customers and suppliers Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, faxes, and mails Perform typing and preparation of documents Prepare monthly billing invoices for customers Maintain proper filing and documentation system Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time Female applicants only Willing to learn and take initiative Able to work independently with minimal supervision GOOD computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Good communication and organizational skills
