**We're Hiring: E-Commerce & Social Media Executive**

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms:
* Shopee Seller Center
* TikTok Shop
* Company Webstore
* Handle customer inquiries and online chats professionally.
* Process daily orders and arrange postage shipments.
* Monitor and manage inventory stock levels.
* Update product pricing and promotions.
* Create, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms:
* Facebook
* Instagram
* TikTok
* Xiaohongshu (optional)
* Manage social media accounts and respond to messages and comments.
* Assist in planning marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
* Ensure product listings, promotions, and social media content are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

* Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail).
* Experience with Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Shop, and Webstores.
* Basic knowledge of social media content creation and account management.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in e-commerce operations.
* Experience managing business social media accounts.
* Basic photography, video editing, and content creation skills.
* Knowledge of online marketing and marketplace campaigns.
